　比赛的整个过程包括三部分：介绍，即兴演讲和命题演讲，评估和报告。
　　In Introduction, the host introduces the report team, which includes the Greeter, the Timer, the Uh Master, the Grammarian, the Wordsmith, the Toastmaster and the Evaluator. Each of them will describe their jobs to the audience.
　　介绍部分，主持人介绍报告团队，其中包括接待员，计时官, 感叹词审计官，文法官，辞藻官，即兴演讲官和评审官。然后他们向观众介绍各自的工作职责。
　　In Table Topics and Prepared Speech Sessions, candidates give a short introduction of themselves and toastmaster will ask some simple questions to them. Then the evaluator gives a short evaluation of this process. After this, candidates give a prepared speech according to their numbers which have been chosen by them before hand. Then the evaluator will ask the candidates some related questions.
　　在即兴演讲和命题演讲过程中，选手给出一个简短的自我介绍，即兴演讲官会问他们一些简单的问题作为互动。然后评审官做出一个简短的评估。后，选手按照预先排好的号码做命题演讲, 演讲结束后评审官会向选手提出相关的问题。
